Services & Scope

• Services will be provided as per the agreed proposal and timeline
• Any changes to scope require written approval and may incur additional charges
• Client must provide necessary access, information, and resources for project completion

Payment Terms

• Payment schedule as per invoice (typically 50% advance, 50% on completion)
• Payments due within 15-30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• All prices exclusive of GST and applicable taxes
• Payment gateway charges may apply as per the payment method selected
• Refunds processed as per our refund policy within 7-14 business days

Intellectual Property

• Client owns final deliverables upon full payment completion
• We retain rights to use project in our portfolio unless confidentiality is required
• Pre-existing code, frameworks, and tools remain our property
• Third-party licenses and fees are client's responsibility

Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed separately if required

Support & Maintenance

• Initial bug fixes provided for 30-90 days post-delivery
• Ongoing support and maintenance available under separate agreement
• Response times depend on support package selected

Liability & Warranties

• Services provided on "as is" basis with reasonable care
• Not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss
• Maximum liability limited to fees paid for the specific project
• Client responsible for data backups and security

Termination

• Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
• Client pays for all work completed up to termination date
• Refunds processed as per refund policy

Governing Law

• Disputes subject to Indian courts and governed by Indian laws
• Jurisdiction limited to courts in India. Area of Jurisdiction will be business place.

General

• Force majeure events excuse performance delays
• Terms may be updated with reasonable notice
• Communication via email considered valid
• By making a payment, you agree to these terms and conditions

General Policy

• All payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Advance payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances
• Services are considered accepted unless written objection is provided within 2 days of delivery
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within the specified timeframe

No Refund Conditions

• Change of mind or business direction after project initiation
• Delays caused by client in providing requirements, feedback, or approvals
• Third-party service fees, licenses, or domain/hosting charges
• Completed work, delivered milestones, or services already rendered
• Custom development work, designs, or solutions created specifically for the client
• Time and resources invested in project planning, research, and analysis
• Subscription-based services or recurring payment plans

Partial Refund Eligibility

• Only applicable if we fail to deliver services as per signed agreement
• Refund amount calculated based on work completed and resources utilized
• Deductions apply for time spent, resources used, and administrative costs
• Final refund amount is at sole discretion of TechSolutions management
• Minimum 30% of total project cost will be retained for work initiated

Refund Process

• Refund requests reviewed within 15-30 business days
• Approval requires management authorization and detailed justification
• Approved refunds processed within 30-45 business days from approval date
• Payment gateway charges, transaction fees, and GST are non-refundable
• Refunds issued via original payment method only
• Bank charges or currency conversion fees are client's responsibility

Project Cancellation

• Client must provide 30 days written notice for project cancellation
• All work completed up to cancellation date must be paid in full
• Cancellation fees apply: 50% of remaining project value
• All intellectual property rights remain with TechSolutions until full payment
• Source code, designs, and deliverables withheld until complete settlement

Dispute Resolution

• All disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of delivery
• We will attempt resolution through mutual discussion first
• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate service termination
• Legal action may be taken for fraudulent chargebacks
• All disputes subject to jurisdiction of Indian courts only

Exclusions

• No refunds for services affected by force majeure events
• No refunds for client's technical issues, hosting problems, or third-party failures
• No refunds for subjective reasons like design preferences or aesthetic choices
• No refunds once final deliverable is accepted or project goes live

Important Notice

By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this refund policy. Praray Production Technologies LLP reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. This policy is governed by Indian law.
